Intro

An informatic engineer sees the History of mankind as a multi-agent system or as a data science issue. An informatics engineer learns in knowledge management, the importance to research without barriers in order to find solutions.
 Why data science issue?
 The happenings in History could be seen as examples, where rules can be found. They are social rules.
 A biologist sees the History of mankind as a set of survival techniques.
 The book “The 48 laws of Power”, from Robert Greene & Joost Elffers is a book of History. it’s the inspiration of this article. The problem of the truth is what you want with it and to claim innocence (clean hands). Power is not something you can play. Every one wants power, but has what you want to do logic?
 The laws of power exist, because we are social animals. Social rules can be seen as laws. Social animals who develop machines. There is an impact in work team and machines in production zone. Power unblock the production zone.
 If you have laws, then you must have an hierarchy of laws. There are laws more important than others laws. It is bad defined in the book of Robert Greene. The consequences are without doubt, the most important thing in life of all of us (thanks to the knowledge). If you are not capable to evaluate what your actions will result, then “you are not playing with all deck”.
 Any person to evolve and to fix errors needs time.
 The man must be more powerful than machines. It’s a safe position. The man created machines to become more powerful than before. Machines do not mean superiority, if devastation culture is present.
 Why to write in english?
 It is a work tool.
 What we can do is equivalent to power. I understood that applications (apps) need more power, because the apps will become more effective. Remember the complementary asset: supportive organizational culture that values effectiveness and efficiency.

 Laws are the moral of the History.
