It happens because the hardware needs software. There are people making bad choices.
Information can be a tool. A tool is something practical for work. The problem should never be to know a lot, but the capability of work. Capability of work is important and it is what matters for your superior. Everybody knows that there are sources of disturbing in the companies, but I don’t control the companies.
There is a big difference between people like me who look for academic principles and another sample of people with no good ideia to mention. Read the book.
