Avoid to have a defined shape
Companies build the CRM (client relationship management) to know the clients in order to serve them better. The ideia is if you serve the client as good as possible, then he/she will came back. So this law is related with intimacy with the clients. People are complex biologic machines.
If you want to attack a system, then you must to define the target.
People with defined shape have problems to fix and to discover problems.
Don’t seem excessively mechanic.
